It’s been a long ride but this Free Comic Book Day, the long awaited second issue of The Red Claw, is finally out!
For those of you that are new to my work or interested in the tale, The Red Claw is a continuation of a cartoon comedy book that my friend Rich and I created. The Summer of 2007 we toured the country promoting our first book The Fatsquad, a 132 page collected comic strip comedy book, focusing on a group of fat guys loosely based off of our lives. We had some small success with the indie book, and decided to continue telling tales using our characters in a more traditional comic format. The Red Claw is just another chapter in The Fatsquad universe, but finally in a form that feels the most natural. The Red Claw is our best stuff, and is slated for an 8 issue run.
ISSUE ONE is sold out in current form, but we have these second editions ready for you to snag up!
